Submit the following documents and photocopies must be visible and attested by Notary public & affixed Revenue stamp of Rs. 1 on each paper.

1).     Three (3) photograph passport size.

2).     Photo Copy of CNIC of allottee.

3).     CNIC Photo Copies of both witnesses

4).     Copy of Booking Slip 

5).     Copies of all paid Challans of total occupancy value.

6).     Affidavit of Rs. 20/- Non- Judicial (Stamp Paper) as specimen given in o form page “2”.

7).     Revenue Fee per Sq. yds. Rs.10. i.e. in shape of Non-Judicial Stamp paper
(80 Sq.yds. Rs. 800/=) (120 Sq.yds. Rs.1200/=) (240 Sq.yds. Rs. 2400/=)             (400 Sq.yds. Rs.4000/=)

8).     O form available in HBL (Iqbal Library Br.) Near Islamia Arts College, off. Kashmir Road, Karachi.  Against Rs. 120

9).     O form, Application & Affidavit duly filled with Signature & thumb impression (Ladies Right Hand) (Gents Left Hand)
