Submit the following documents and photocopies must be visible and attested by Notary public & affixed Revenue stamp of Rs. 1 on each paper.

1). Joint transfer application Form-1.

2). Original sale Agreement on N.J.S paper of Rs.100/=

3). Attested Photo Copy of CNIC of Transferer.

4). Attested Photo Copy of CNIC of Trasferee.

5). Attested Photo Copy of CNIC of Witnesses.

6). Press Notification.

7). General / Special Power of Attorney if any.

8). Attested Photo Copy of CNIC of Attorney if any.

9). Indemnity Bond on Rs.100/=N.J.S paper from Transferer

10). Indemnity Bond on Rs.100/=N.J.S paper from Transferee.

11). Undertaking on Rs.100/=N.J.S paper from transferee.

12). Attested Photo copy of Allotment Order.

13). Attested Photo Copy of all paid Challans include utility charges.

14). P.S copy of pay order / demand draft of transfer fee payable@20/-Sq.yds.

15). Revenue fee per Sq.Yds.Yds Rs.10 i-e in shape of Non-judicial stamp paper in case (80 Sq.Yds.Yds Rs.800/-)

16). 3 photographs of transfer & transferee.
