What is the procedure of surrender Plot ?

Steps of Surrender Plot:

• 1) CNIC Photocopy Attested.
• 2) CNIC Photocopy of witness Attested.
• 3) Booking Slip Photocopy Attested.
• 4) Surrender Application (signed by Allottee).
• 5) Undertaking Attested (signed by Allottee).

If we want to, correction in name and address or change of Address
What is the procedure therefore?

Procedure for correction in name and address or change of address.

• Application in the name of Assistant Director Taiser Town Scheme # 45, MDA duly signed by allotee
• Copy of CNIC of Allottee.
• Photo Copies of up to date paid installment challans.

I am successful candidate in 120 Sq.Yds but inadvertently I have applied again in 400 Sq.Yds Plots? So please tell me what is the procedure adopted to refund the money?

It is not possible to refund the amount because you have already allotted residential plot of 120 Sq.Yds in the scheme and as per MDA policy allottee of any category of residential plot in the scheme is not eligible to apply in any other category and incase he apply again his application money will be forfeited in the favor of MDA.

How can we get the Allotment Order? And what is the procedure therefore?

If any allotee wants to get allotment Order he must pay full occupancy value of the plot. Then he should submit the following documents therefore.

• FOUR ATTESTED PHOTOCOPIES OF CNIC.
• ATTESTED PHOTOCOPY OF BOOKING RECEIPT.
• ATTESTED PHOTOCOPIES ALL / UPTODATE PAID CHALLANS.
• FOUR PHOTO GRAPHS OF ALLOTTEE.
• PAY ORDER OF BALANCE AMOUNT (IF ANY).
• O-FORM DULY FILLED AND SIGNED WITH THUMB IMPRESSION WHEREVER REQUIRED.
• ATTESTED PHOTOCOPIES OF CNIC OF BOTH WITNESSES.
• REQUEST FOR ACCEPTANCE OF F ULL AND FINAL PAYMENT (MENSION IN APPLICATION CONTACT NUMBER).
