When the balloting will announce of residential plots reserved for employee of Sindh Government?
The Balloting date is expected by end of August, 2007 of applications subscribed in a various categories in the scheme by employees of Sindh Government.
I have not received Confirmation Letter for 240 / 400 Sq.Yds. sofare What is the Procedure therefore?
Those persons who have not received the Confirmation letter up till now. They adopt the following procedure
- Application for CTC of Confirmation Letter.
- Affidavit as per format given bellow and dully attested by first class magistrate or an equivalent.
- Attested Copy of CNIC of Applicant.
- Attested Copy of CNIC of two (2) witnesses.
The Demarcation work in Taiser Town Scheme # 45 is complete or not?
The Demarcation work is expected in next year.
How can we get Payment Schedule of various categories of residential plots i.e. 80, 120, 240, 400 S.q Yds ?
You can download Payment Schedule from our website http://www.taisertown.com in download section & also collect from our project office or branches of Saudi Pak Commercial Bank Ltd.
How can we receive installment challan of various categories of residential plots 80,120,240, and 400 S.q Yds?
Installment challan of all categories of plots i.e. 80,120,240 and 400 S.q Yds are available at all branches of Saudi Pak Commercial Bank Ltd. in Sindh Province and nominated branches in Punjab, N.W.F.P, Balochestan and Islamabad. Payment schedule are also available in all above branches of SPCBL and also download from our website http://www.taisertown.com .
Either separate pay order for each installment is required or single pay order for various installments is acceptable?
Single Pay order for various installments of any plots of any category will acceptable.
We have not received Confirmation Letter for residential plots 80 Sq.Yds and 120 Sq.Yds until now and how can we receive the said letter?
M.D.A policy for issuance CTC of Confirmation Letter of residential plots of 80 & 120 S.q Yds is still awaited.
